Each school staffs the following positions.

School Director - Candidates must have a bachelor degree with Montessori certification and supervisory experience in a school setting. Our senior directors also hold a Masters degree in education and state teaching certification.

Teachers - Candidates are Montessori certified in age appropriate areas with an Associate or Bachelor degree in a child care or education field. Lead teachers have at least 3 years of teaching experience in a Montessori environment. Full and part time positions are available.

Assistant Teachers - Candidates have experience working with children and are in the process of obtaining Montessori certification OR have a child care or education credential from the state or accredited college. Part time positions are available.

Child Care Assistants - Candidates have experience and/or post secondary credentials in infant and young toddler care. Part time positions are available.

Art, music, and language teachers - Candidates enrich our program through their talents in these areas. Must have previous teaching experience with young children.

Substitute teachers - Candidates have at least a high school diploma and experience working with children.  Elementary substitute teachers have a college degree and teaching experience.
